COVID-19 UPDATE

March 22, 2020

To all our valued guests:

In response to the rapidly changing response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and out an abundance of caution for both our hotel team members, and future guests, Mills Park Hotel will temporarily suspend operations effective Sunday, March 22.

Guests with existing reservations during this time will be contacted by a Mills Park Hotel team member to either reschedule or cancel their stay. We have waived all cancellation fees through April 30 to offer as much flexibility to our guests as possible.

Guests who have booked through a third party booking engine (i.e. Expedia, hotels.com, Orbitz, etc.) can now cancel their reservations, at no cost, through the provider’s website directly.

The front desk will still be accepting calls throughout our temporary closure. If you have questions or need to contact us, please do so either at 937-319-0400 or by email at guestservices@millsparkhotel.com

We sincerely regret any interruption or postponement of plans that mean so much to our guests. We appreciate your continued loyalty to both Mills Park Hotel and Ellie’s Restaurant & Bakery. The whole team here wishes you safety during these challenging times, and are excited to welcome you back once this storm has passed.
