FIRST FLOOR

The first floor is the “hub” for most 0f the Mills Park Hotel’s daily activity. Guests check in and check-out at the Front Desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day. This level also houses our general store, restaurant and banquet hall, as well as, a few guest rooms. Ellie’s Restaurant & Bakery and the Little Miami Mercantile are open to the public. *** Please note, our public guest laundry has been suspended at this time, if you need laundry assistance our front desk can help you***

SECOND FLOOR

Mills Park Hotel’s fitness and conference rooms and a casual business lounge can be found on the second floor. The open layout of the second level overlooks the main lobby toward the rear of the hotel. Several second-floor guest rooms also include balconies overseeing Xenia Avenue, the main thoroughfare through Yellow Springs.

THIRD FLOOR

The third floor boasts some of the Hotel’s most spacious guest rooms with some great perspective views of the surrounding village of Yellow Springs. It also includes a colorful and casual sitting area, which is well-lit by large plantation-style windows.
