  • About the stitching room: The Mills Park Hotel banquet hall is a large, well-lit facility with interior access to the hotel. There are a number of electrical outlets around the outside of the room and extension cords are permitted so long as they are used in such a way to avoid creating a trip hazard. Snacks are permitted on the tables, but no centerpieces, decorations, or balloons may be set up. For safety, it is recommended that any snacks or candy be individually wrapped. Only meals and alcohol purchased on-site are permitted in the banquet hall. All other meals and alcohol must be consumed in your room.
  • Room restrictions: Air mattresses, rollaway beds, or additional sleeping arrangements are not permitted. Occupancy limits are four individuals per double room and two individuals per single room. Candles, open flames, warming plates, Crock pots, and other heating or cooking devices are strictly prohibited in all rooms.
  • Registration: Payment in full is due at the time of registration. Any cancellations by the attendee within 30 days of the event will be non-refundable unless the spot can be filled from those on the waiting list.
