Guests are asked not to gather in the hallways as this often creates excessive noise which disturbs other guests.
Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of check in.
Your own alcohol is only permitted in guest bedrooms and is prohibited in all other areas of the hotel including, but not limited to: hallways, lobby, and restaurant.
The entire hotel is non-smoking. You may smoke only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Bedrooms that have been smoked in, or smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged a minimum cleaning fee of $250.
Only registered hotel guests may access the fitness room.
Should housekeeping find any rooms damaged, in any way, the hotel will charge the credit card responsible for the room for all damages and/or cleanup fees. If any items are missing from the room your credit card will be charged.
All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved.
Persons caught throwing items down stairwells or off the balconies will be evicted.
If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.

Check-out is 11:00 am. We require each guest to check-out individually at the Front Desk. If you wish, the Front Desk will assist in reviewing your account.
Unfortunately, Mills Park Hotel is not a pet friendly hotel. If you are traveling with your furry friend, we definitely recommend boarding locations in the Beavercreek area.

The information has been collected directly from you, either from information supplied while making the reservation, the information supplied through a previous stay and retrieved from guest history, or from providing the information upon check-in.
What we do with your personal information.
The personal information collected from you is saved in a guest history database. Whenever you phone in to make a reservation, this information is available to the reservation agent. This helps speed up the time it takes to make your reservation. Guest history also tells us other information from your previous stays (date, type of room, package, etc.). This information enables the hotel to better meet your personal preferences from previous stays. From time to time, Mills Park Hotel will mail out information on specials to guests who have stayed at the hotel in the past. The use and disclosure of your personal information is limited to within our business. The Mills Park Hotel does not sell or share your personal information with others.
We will protect your personal information.
Your information is used only by hotel employees with appropriate access. The information is stored in a database that requires proper authentication to access. Printed information is not kept and any personal information that is printed is disposed of using appropriate safeguards (shredding).
Your right to access your personal information.
You can, with satisfactory verification, be provided with your personal information held in our files. There are certain legal exceptions to your right of access and should your request fall into such a category, you will be informed of the reason.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure commerce transitions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Reservation Nexus never sells or shares your personal information without your permission.

The Mills Park Hotel is private property and requires approval to use all interior spaces, exterior grounds, etc. for professional or commercial photography and videography purposes. This includes but is not limited to Wedding, Engagement, Graduation, Prom, Class, Family, and Individual Portraits, as well as Advertising Photography, Model/Fashion Shoots, Filming, etc.
Amateur or professional photographers deemed to be intrusive to hotel guests or restaurant patrons will be asked to leave the hotel property. Professional photography and videography will only be allowed and authorized by the Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
